Welcome to Advanced Dental Concepts! Our dentists and team members are thrilled that you’ve chosen to become the newest member of our oral healthcare family. Before your first visit, there is some important information that we’d like for you to know, as well as certain steps that must be taken on your part so that we have everything we need before meeting you in person. Your First Visit
When you step through the front door of Advanced Dental Concepts, you will be warmly greeted right away by our friendly team. We’ll take the time to show you around the office so that you can become familiar with the space right away, and any necessary paperwork that was not already completed will be provided at this time. Once you’ve been brought back to the operatory, digital radiographs and intraoral photography will be captured for a comprehensive view at your current oral health. Dr. Hayes or Dr. Mousa will then perform an in-depth visual examination and review any concerning signs they discover with you. You don’t have to worry about being rushed – we really enjoy taking the time to get to know you during this new patient process.
If dental treatment is needed, patients can look forward to being fully involved in the planning process. After all, we view your relationship with us as a partnership, and any input you have is more than welcomed so that we can ensure the highest chances of success. Better yet, all of your financial obligations for proposed services will be laid out in clear, black-and-white terms. There are no unpleasant surprises to worry about here – the only surprise will be your healthier, happier smile!

Sometimes, navigating dental insurance coverage can feel like an overwhelming and headache-inducing prospect. Thankfully, our knowledgeable team members are happy to lend a helping hand! We will file claims on the patient’s behalf for virtually any major PPO insurance plan. By taking care of the paperwork ourselves, we can better maximize your deserved benefits and streamline the reimbursement process. If you’re not sure whether or not your coverage is accepted here, please bring any and all policy documents you have to your appointment.

Our office will ask for all out-of-pocket costs at the time of service. Our available payment options include cash, checks, and all major credit cards. If you need to break down your overall cost into multiple payments for added convenience, this is available through CareCredit.
