A new school year is about to start, and you probably have a million things you need to do before then. Opt for tap water when you can; it probably contains fluoride, a mineral that strengthens your pearly whites and works to prevent cavities!

3. Get into a Routine of Brushing and Flossing Daily

The daily routine of going to school can help you keep the rest of your life on track, and that includes your oral hygiene. While you’re still adjusting to your new schedule, set reminders for you to brush your teeth first thing in the morning, and to brush as well as floss right before bed. Maintaining these habits will go a long way toward keeping your mouth healthy in the long run.
